It is the detox and first-stage treatment house of a wider programme that continues at other Livingstone sites in Birmingham. Treatment follows a 12-step programme with group and one-to-one work, family groups, and medically supervised detox for alcohol, opiates, stimulants and benzodiazepines. Stays can be self-funded or local-authority funded, and up to three months’ aftercare is offered at a sober living house.
